Our de facto state car is a 1953 Rolls Royce Silver Wrath, bought as a gift to Getúlio Vargas to replace the 1941 and 1947 Cadillac limousines. It’s still used in cerimonies in Brasilia
There was also a hardtop Silver Wrath but the Vargas family kept it. Other than the Edge, the president is seem sometimes using a last gen Holden Commodore (Chevrolet Omega) and a Fusion Hybrid.
Collor was a ridiculously corrupt president but he had good taste in cars. Presidential fleet during his short administration (fucker was impeached) was a Mercedes 560 SEL, an Alfa Romeo 164 and a Lincoln Town Car

Well a Merc is the only appropriate car to call an air strike in with your direct line to the millitary.
PS: they messed up the entry for Australia, it’s clearly a 7 High Security which is armoured, but there’s no legend icon.

Two W100s still in the ranks, nice. I wonder if Kimmy Kim Kim will be gifted a new car by his admirer.

Canada also uses Lincolns for the Governor General, and the Queen when she’s in the country. They’ve got a couple of MKSs, and apparently still (Canadian built) Town Cars in service. No new Continentals yet, it appears.
This one would be transporting the Queen and Prince Philip at the time:

He’s got a London Taxi, too.
Actually quite a practical official car, when you think about it. Already a high roof and big glass area from the factory, and loads of room inside.

I’m protestant, but I have a lot of respect and admiration for the Catholic faith. Pope Francis is extremely progressive and says some rather interesting things, but I think he’s an incredibly caring individual. And even if you’re not Catholic, you don’t pass up an opportunity to have the Pope kiss your 1-year-old.

Why is this not listing Belgium Royal’s convertible Merc Limo ? Shame !
I believe it can also be converted to a glass roof for days where the sun won’t shine at all.
